Připravte si
- 500 g kuřecích jater
- 300 g husího sádla
- 4 střední cibule
- 4 stroužky česneku
- sůl, pepř, majoránka, popř. další koření... třeba muškátový oříšek
Jak na to
Není to houbový recept, ale asi by šlo i sem přidat třeba hrst hlívy 😉
Použila jsem sádlo z martinské husy...většinou je na dvě dávky.
Na třetině sádla orestovat cibulku do sklovita, přidat pokrájená játra a dusit do měkka. Nechat trochu vychladnout, přidat zbytek sádla, prolisovaný česnek, sůl a koření a rozmixovat na kaši...nejlíp ponorným mixérem.
Znovu ohřát, popř. přidat kousky zbylého husího masa... nemusí být. Paštiku dát do menších skleniček, nahoru nalít lžíci rozpuštěného sádla a uzavřít. Skladovat v ledničce nebo ještě sterilovat 10 minut od začátku varu.
